Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Florida to greet residents and guests, manage access control, and monitor security systems. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies.

This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and schedules that include day/evening shifts. The candidate should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of business experience, with preferred coursework in business or hospitality

Qualifications

• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Assist with access control and AEDT compliance as needed.
• Support on-site property manager with assigned duties.
