Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with resident care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment per infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Resident Care conferences and Rehabilitation meetings.
• Communicate with supervising physical therapist about progress and discharge planning.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Assist with training Restorative Aides and staff.
