Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a residential property manager, HUD/Section 8 a big plus
• Or 3 years in a general manager role with strong leadership and process management experience
• COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM credentials are a plus and can be pursued on job

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals.
• Process community staff payroll.
• Manage rent collections and deposits.
• Process invoices and maintain supplies.
• Review rental applications for approval.
• Perform move-out paperwork and inspections.
• Audit resident files for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports for government agencies and company leadership.
