This full-time role leads leasing and maintenance teams and oversees payroll, rent collections, and resident services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD/Section 8 experience is a plus.
• Or 3 years in a general manager role with strong people leadership and process management.
• High School diploma; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM a plus and willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
• Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance, and quality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Yardi is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to deliver a great resident experience.
• Process community staff payroll.
• Ensure rent collections and deposit of monies due to the community.
• Process community invoices for payment.
• Purchase and maintain adequate supplies.
• Review rental applications for approval.
• Complete move-out paperwork and conduct inspections.
• Audit resident files for accuracy and timely government reporting.
