Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1–2 years of proven excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in reaching 100% occupancy and marketing the community.
• Help ensure 100% rent and fee collection in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company home standards through daily walk-throughs.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work on time.
• Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and state/local requirements.
• Assume leadership role in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Perform other duties as trained.
