Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work experience in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with maintaining 100% occupancy and market the community to optimize occupancy.
• Assist with timely rent collection and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and walk the community daily for safety and quality.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office duties.
