Riverstone Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Crescent Mobile Home Park in Gloucester City, NJ. This role focuses on resident relations, occupancy optimization, and timely rent collection while supporting daily office operations.

The position requires 1-2 years of administrative experience and strong customer service skills, with bilingual Spanish preferred. A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work experience in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods.

Responsabilités

• Interact with current and prospective residents to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with maintaining 100% occupancy and market the community to optimize occupancy.
• Assist with timely rent collection and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and walk the community daily for safety and quality.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office duties.
