You will focus on occupancy, rent collection, and compliance while upholding company standards and maintaining community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in property/mobile home setting.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service experience in person, over the phone, or in writing.
• 3+ years of leading a team and managing vendor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Active, able to walk, bend, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong computer skills with internet, email and office suites.
• Ability to take initiative and seek information.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, guests, and local municipalities.
• Aim for or maintain 100% occupancy on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees timely and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and conduct daily property walk-throughs.
• Manage the property budget to maximize profitability within allocated limits.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal business hours as needed.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Maintain the property office and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants promptly.
