Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• 3+ years of leading a team and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and municipalities.
• Maintain 100% occupancy on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees timely and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with home standards and walk the community daily.
