Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Property Manager for our Mounds View Mobile Home Park at 1046 Montclair Ave, MN 55112. You will lead property operations, ensure strong resident relations, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

You will oversee rent collection, budget adherence, and compliance with housing standards while mentoring a team and coordinating with vendors. A flexible, growth-focused culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience within property management/mobile home property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person, over the phone, etc.
• 3+ year of experience managing a successful team as well as vendor relationships.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency, including using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email, etc.
• Ability to take initiative and seek out details and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships.
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner, including following up with specific residents on late rent payments.
• Ensure 100% compliance to company home standards, including walking the community daily to assess compliance.
• Manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated and maximizing the communities’ profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Set high standards for yourself and your team, manage to performance expectations.
• Maintain the property office to required standards and ensure general office work is completed to deadline.
• Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants.
• Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines.
• Be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so
