Riverstone Communities in Cocoa, FL is seeking a Property Manager for Westgate Mobile Home Park to deliver outstanding resident experiences and strong on-site leadership. You will drive occupancy, oversee budgets, handle rent collection, and coordinate events while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and a culture that values diversity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in property or mobile home settings.
• 3+ years of excellent customer service experience across in-person, phone, and written channels.
• 3+ years of leading a team and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active physical ability—walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with computers, internet, Google/Microsoft programs and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to build and maintain relationships.
• Aim for and maintain high occupancy across the community.
• Collect rent and fees promptly and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company home standards through daily property walks.
• Manage the property budget to maximize profitability within allocated limits.
• Attend to community needs after hours during emergencies.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Uphold Fair Housing guidelines in daily operations.
• Be invested in Riverstone Communities’ mission and the specific property.
