Job summary

Riverstone Communities in Garner, NC seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Indian Creek Mobile Home Park. You will provide outstanding resident service, help maintain occupancy targets, and manage rent collections.

This role also involves daily site checks and office administration to support a well-run community. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in admin and customer service, can drive on-site, are physically capable, and proficient with computer tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative work in an office setting.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience via multiple channels.
• Ability to legally operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Active, able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with computers and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with current and prospective residents with excellent customer service.
• Assist with achieving high occupancy and marketing the community.
• Collect rent and fees timely, follow up on late payments.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and conduct daily property walks.
• Maintain the office and complete general administrative tasks on time.
• Follow up with prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and assist in leadership in the manager's absence.
• Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
