Arnold Grounds Property Management in Midland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 41-unit multifamily community. You will perform routine maintenance and respond to resident requests to keep homes safe and comfortable.

This hands-on role requires basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills, plus strong problem-solving and communication. HVAC license is required and you will help prepare vacant units and maintain common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with residents and colleagues.
• Attention to detail; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• HVAC license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct property inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Ensure that common areas and grounds are clean and well-maintained.
