Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing available units and processing applications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Track leases and requests using Yardi software.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for facilities management.
• Prepare and manage budgets for properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Develop customer service strategies for tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of operations.
