Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. in Eminence, KY seeks a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings and grounds, respond to resident requests, and support the management team in delivering safe, clean, well-maintained housing.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, turnovers, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate has basic plumbing/electrical skills, good time management, and a willingness to work flexible hours. Employment is full-time with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas including snow removal after hours and on weekends.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture by proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow associates.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times related to prospect or resident information.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and overall positive curb appeal.
