Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas including snow removal after hours and on weekends.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture by proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow associates.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times related to prospect or resident information.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and overall positive curb appeal.
