Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to maintain multifamily communities, ensure safety and comfort for residents, and prepare homes for new residents with precision. You will manage work orders, coordinate with the Service Manager, and participate in team-based problem solving.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of maintenance experience or equivalent training, EPA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must own basic maintenance tools.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing.
• Willing to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform full unit turns and make-ready procedures within required timelines.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document deductions.
• Handle service requests and maintain logs in the work order system.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and coordinate with the Service Manager.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property exteriors.
