Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Groundskeeper for Multifamily Grand at Cibolo, TX. You will maintain landscape, assist with pool and exterior areas, and provide friendly, responsive service to residents.

This hands-on role requires ability to work evenings or weekends on call, speak English or Spanish, and follow safety procedures. High School Diploma or equivalent required; outdoor work in varying weather; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Able to take direction in English or Spanish.
• Be professional and courteous.
• Ability to understand information presented in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and pool areas.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents.
• Assist maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Dress in Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintain professional appearance.
