Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for Nine50 Town Lake at Midtown in College Station, TX. You will join the Maintenance team, performing landscape upkeep, exterior cleaning, and customer-focused service for residents.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed, safety-focused operations, and ability to communicate in English (and Spanish). High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or resident-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with English/Spanish-speaking residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas (driveways, parking lots, curbs, pool areas).
• Provide world-class customer service, addressing residents' concerns promptly.
• Assist maintenance staff on other projects as needed and follow safety procedures.
