Qualifications

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe.
• Interest in learning and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
• Ability to use ingredients in correct proportions and follow exact procedures
• Ability to garnish food as per chef's plating
• Knowledge of food safety, safe food handling and preserving raw food
• Patience and a love for cooking
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
• Work with Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders.
• Keep station clean and well stocked.
