Job summary

Community First Solutions in Hamilton, OH is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents across multiple stations. You will follow recipes, maintain food safety and presentation, and support a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include executing ticketed orders with the culinary team, keeping your station clean and well stocked, and contributing to a positive dining experience for residents. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe.
• Interest in learning and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
• Ability to use ingredients in correct proportions and follow exact procedures

• Knowledge of food safety, safe food handling and preserving raw food

You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely execution of meals across multiple stations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their culinary skills, thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-driven, resident‑first mindset to their work. You’ll work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents.

Pay: $16 - $19 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: As needed across all Hamilton communities (must have weekend availablity)
