You will work with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders while keeping stations clean and well stocked. The role requires cooking skills, attention to plating, and a willingness to learn, with weekend availability across Hamilton communities.

Qualifications

• Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe.
• Knowledge of food safety, safe food processing and preserving raw food.
• Patience and a love for cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals across multiple stations.
• Execute ticketed orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep your station clean, organized and well stocked.
• Collaborate with the Director of Culinary and the Sous Chef.
• Assist across Hamilton communities, including weekends as needed.
