Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a customer-focused Cleaner for Affinity at Mirabeau, a 62+ active adult community. The Cleaner maintains cleanliness, supports residents, and collaborates with the site team to deliver excellent service.

The role requires reliable transportation, strong English communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. Previous janitorial experience in residential settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus to support residents and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Janitorial experience in residential or hotel settings preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Clean vacant apartments after move outs using the checklist.
• Maintain pool house and associated spaces, including bathrooms and equipment.
• Remove used towels and replace with freshly laundered ones daily.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized and prepared.
• Comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
