Axis Residential is seeking a customer-focused Cleaner for Affinity at Lewisville, a 55+ active adult community. You will perform daily cleaning of offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents.

Responsibilities include cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs, maintaining pool area cleanliness, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor on schedules.

Formación

• Must be a team player and build strong relationships with residents and staff.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Janitorial experience in hotel or residential management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Clean vacant apartment homes after each move out using the cleaning checklist.
• Assist in cleaning the pool house and replace towels daily.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and report needs to the supervisor.
• Comply with all company policies and Fair Housing laws.
