Job summary

Tipton Asset Group Lewisville, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a multi-family community with a focus on exceptional customer service and sales.

You will establish resident rapport, negotiate and enforce leases, meet deadlines, analyze data, coordinate with maintenance, and guide leasing agents to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience as a leasing consultant/assistant Manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet all deadlines set by the management company/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintaining property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and coordinating with maintenance to complete repairs
• Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; and showing units.
• Assist with the managing of leasing agents and proving clear, concise instructions on what is needed to reach daily goals
