Job summary

The Tipton Group in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager who combines sales and leadership for success. You will provide management support for a multi-family community and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

Key duties include establishing rapport with residents, negotiating leases, meeting deadlines set by the management company, preparing reports from data trends, coordinating with maintenance, and guiding leasing agents toward daily goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support for a multi-family apartment community while delivering excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service; show units and obtain referrals.
• Negotiate and enforce leases; meet deadlines set by management and regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve tenant issues and inspect vacant units.
