Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet deadlines set by management and regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and coordinating repairs.
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, explain advantages of location and services, and show units.
• Assist with managing leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals.
