Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager who combines sales acumen with leadership to manage a multi-family community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as a leasing consultant/assistant manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet all deadlines set by management/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints and coordinating with maintenance.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Assist in managing leasing agents and provide clear instructions to reach daily goals.
