Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager in Dallas, TX. You will provide management support for a multi-family community and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include leasing with negotiation, reporting, and coordinating with maintenance to keep the property in top condition. Must be bilingual, with 2+ years of leasing/assistant management and OneSite proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as a leasing consultant/assistant Manager.
• Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Negotiate and enforce leases.
• Meet deadlines set by management/regional managers.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, and coordinating with maintenance.
