• Proficient in MS Office and/or RealPage software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule income verification appointments and process lease agreements.
• Assist in re-certifications and documentation for tax credit reviews.
• Issue notices and prepare turnaround forms for vacancies.
• Collect rents and prepare bank deposits.
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency agencies.
• Maintain resident and property files confidentially.
• Communicate emergency preparedness procedures to residents.
