Job summary

MidPen Housing is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Fetters, Celestina Gardens in Sonoma, California. You will support daily property operations, including fiscal management, compliance, facilities, risk management, and resident relations, reporting to the Community Manager.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of residential property management or customer service experience, plus strong MS Office and RealPage skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and assist the Community Manager.
• Handle lease processing, vacancy coordination, and turnover documentation.
• Assist with rent collection, deposits, and financial records with accuracy.
• Maintain resident and property files, ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate maintenance inspections and work orders with facilities staff.
• Support resident relations and emergency preparedness communications.
