MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Station Center I and II in Union City, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and focuses on daily property operations, lease administration, and resident relations.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED with experience in residential property management or administration; strong MS Office and RealPage skills are preferred. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly pay range of $21.15 to $23.80.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the property, including fiscal management and resident relations.
• Assist in lease processing, certifications, and occupancy reviews.
• Coordinate maintenance inspections and ensure timely work orders processing.
• Maintain confidential resident and property files and assist with emergency communications.
