Job summary

Wallick Communities seeks a Community Manager in Greensburg, IN to lead leasing and maintenance teams, manage payroll, and ensure strong occupancy. You will oversee rent collection, invoicing, and supply management while upholding company standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD/Section 8 a plus.
• Education: HS diploma or associate degree; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM a plus.
• Dependability and reliable transportation.
• Resident focus and operational excellence; deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
• Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to ensure a great resident experience.
• Process community staff payroll.
• Ensure rent collections are received and deposited.
• Process invoices and maintain supplies.
• Maintain occupancy levels (min 98%).
• Review rental applications for approval.
• Perform move-out, annual, and inspection duties.
• Complete government-required reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain community standards as directed by the Company.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
