Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Senior Community Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead multi-site staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy targets across communities. The role includes budgeting support, staff development, and overseeing routine operations from move-ins to move-outs.

You will work closely with regional leadership to maintain strong resident relationships, ensure financial integrity, and deliver exceptional service to residents and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of property management experience with 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Ability to organize and schedule work for others.
• Knowledge of applicable affordable housing laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site or large community staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop opportunities for staff development and performance improvement.
• Fill vacancies with qualified staff and maintain occupancy targets.
• Assist with annual budget process and monitor community budgets.
• Oversee rental applications, inspections, collections, and reports.
