Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Spring Hill, TN to deliver exceptional resident service and maintain high-quality living spaces. You will handle work orders, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, and help ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.

The role requires at least 1 year in property maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• CPO Certification (depending on property)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; alert managers to items that need attention
