General Services Corporation in the United States is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a large apartment community and lead leasing and maintenance teams. You will manage budgets, target occupancy, and drive resident satisfaction while coordinating with marketing for business plans.

The role requires strong leadership, budget reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership; proficiency in MRI or similar software and Microsoft 365 is expected. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; bilingual preferred
• Proficient in budgeting, reporting, vendor communication, and property inspections
• Experience with MRI or other Property Management Software and Microsoft 365/SharePoint
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with team and leadership

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of an apartment community and provide customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors
• Lead and supervise leasing and maintenance staff
• Partner with senior leadership to manage budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals
• Collaborate with Marketing to cultivate business plans and marketing strategies
• Oversee rent collection and reduce delinquencies by monitoring high-balance accounts
• Complete weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, expenses, and delinquencies
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of model units, grounds, and maintenance
• Manage move-outs and move-ins
• Oversee capital improvement and/or repair projects with external vendors
• Foster strong team building knowledge
