Direct all aspects of an apartment community and provide welcoming and excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
Target candidates should have demonstrated success managing large (400+ unit) conventional, market-rate apartment communities with strong financial and operational performance. Equally important, we’re looking for a leader who genuinely values people—someone who fosters a resident-first culture, treats every resident with dignity and respect, and understands that exceptional customer service is the foundation of a successful community.
Must be able to provide: A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required, along with a passing criminal background and credit check, and pre-employment drug testing.
