Onni is hiring a Resident Care Team Member to deliver elevated living experiences across our property portfolio. You will manage living areas, assist with building systems, and travel between sites as needed to support strategic priorities.

The role requires weekend work and a strong focus on resident satisfaction, safety, and timely communications with the Resident Care Supervisor and solution providers. You will contribute to maintaining brand standards and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four or more years of customer service experience, strong in suite care housekeeping.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform resident living experience in all spaces to meet brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality areas and support operational technologies and building aesthetics.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident care requests.
