Qualifications

• Oversee and manage routine resident service and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety, appearance, and operational efficiency within budget.
• Lead, train, and evaluate service staff and apprentices as needed.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all resident service and maintenance requests.
• Meet service budget and allocate resources within guidelines.
• Provide leadership to the service team and mentor staff.
• Review timekeeping and approve attendance for direct reports.
• Oversee maintenance quality for vacant units and turnovers.
• Coordinate pest control, pool maintenance, and safety inspections.
