Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, drive occupancy, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will coordinate budgets, vendor management, and lease administration to maximize asset value.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with property management software (Entrata), and a valid driver's license for on-site golf cart operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.
• Flexible work schedule and be available via phone/email.
• Routine local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget to achieve occupancy and rent targets.
• Foster a cool, fun, and energetic living environment.
• Provide resident services onsite.
• Maintain amenities and units to like-new standards.
• Coordinate accounts payable and invoices.
• Conduct regular property walks to protect asset value.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue.
