Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident experiences at its Georgia property. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and rent collections while ensuring regulatory compliance and asset value.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with property management tools (Entrata), and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in writing and speaking; able to explain apartment features and respond to inquiries.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases to prepare required reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Manager to reach, exceed and maintain budgeted occupancy and rent levels.
• Create a vibrant, welcoming community; implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy.
• Provide Resident Services onsite and ensure amenities and units are well-maintained.
• Liaise between Facilities Maintenance and property needs; manage accounts payable/invoices.
• Conduct regular property walks and pursue additional revenue opportunities.
