Job summary

Real Property Management Pros is seeking an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator in Northern Virginia. You will manage move-ins/outs, property evaluations, and Make-Ready projects to ensure residents have a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll coordinate with leasing teams, vendors, and Investors, maintaining thorough documentation and a high standard of readiness across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Move-Ins & Move-Outs.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations, ensuring Residents move in seamlessly.
• Document property conditions at move-in and move-out, address questions, and coordinate follow-up.
• Coordinate Make-Ready Projects.
• Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between Resident turnovers.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents.
• Champion Resident Satisfaction and serve as primary contact during transitions.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to share updates and keep Landlord/Investor clients informed.
• Educate Investors on property statuses and potential upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records in our software systems; keep digital and physical records updated.
