Impact Recruiting, LLC is seeking a diligent property management coordinator to conduct inspections, manage security dispositions, and ensure market-ready properties. You will handle tenancy communications and coordinate maintenance with vendors to maintain operations in Virginia.

The role emphasizes adherence to VRLTA, strong organizational skills, and proficient use of Propertyware, Zinspector, and Property Meld to maintain thorough records and timely responses.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with VRLTA and its application to residential property management operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct property inspections: move-in, move-out, periodic, main, and routine inspections.
• Prepare and process security deposit dispositions per lease and regulations.
• Install sentrilock/lockboxes and keep properties market-ready.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws and regulations.
• Respond promptly to tenant and property owner inquiries; serve as primary tenant contact.
• Coordinate and oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance requests.
• Monitor property condition and identify issues before they escalate.
• Maintain accurate property records, inspection reports, and work orders in client software.
• Support Maintenance Manager and coordinate during absences; liaise with vendors for timely repairs.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
