Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure properties are tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing outstanding issues and rekeying locks; install lockboxes.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and document inspections with photos and updates.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including fair housing guidelines.
