Job summary

Real Property Management Pros in Northern Virginia is seeking an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator. You will support smooth move-ins, coordinate property evaluations, and organize Make Ready projects to ensure high Resident satisfaction.

Ideally you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and organized, with solid communication and tech skills. This role offers hybrid work, training, and growth within the Real Property Management network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations.
• Experience in customer-facing or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-ins and move-outs and ensure smooth transitions.
• Schedule and conduct property evaluations for start of tenancy.
• Coordinate Make-Ready projects, repairs, and cleanings with vendors.
• Organize records and document property details in our systems.
• Collaborate with Leasing Team to keep landlords and investors informed.
• Provide concierge-level service and support Residents during transitions.
