Job summary

The Galman Group in Newark, Delaware is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily property operations, leasing, maintenance and resident services. The role aims to maximize occupancy and property values while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist with budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and resident communications. A high school diploma is required; CAM certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework desirable.
• Prior property management experience preferred.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in property administration, leasing, maintenance, and operations.
• Prepare monthly variance reports and assist with budgets.
• Support in planning resident events and communications.
• Maintain resident records and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Assist in rent processing and accounts receivable tasks.
