• Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in leasing, screening, and selecting prospective residents.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Manage rent collection and deposits; oversee security deposits.
• Monitor budget and operating expenses with Community Manager.
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and maintained.
