Job summary

DASMEN Residential in Milledgeville, GA seeks a full-time Property Manager responsible for all day-to-day property operations and value enhancement of the property. The role embraces Level 5 Leadership, Group Responsibility and Servant Leadership, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include financial goal alignment, lease administration, vendor coordination, and resident retention, with exempt status and no overtime.

Qualifications

• Requires logical thinking to define problems, collect data, and take action.
• Positive attitude and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in property management and leadership responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and operate assets in owners' best interest.
• Maintain accurate property transaction records (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/outs).
• Ensure timely collection and posting of rents and fees.
• Prepare and process legal actions per state guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and certificates of insurance.
• Submit accounts payable to corporate for payment and manage petty cash.
