Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a community in Georgia. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations to maintain high occupancy and service levels.

The candidate will manage lease renewals, coordinate with maintenance, and support marketing initiatives while ensuring a positive resident experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; able to tour the community and climb stairs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; state license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations and handle calls, requests, and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, advertising, promotions, and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments, and model units.
• Inspect property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
