• Assist in managing operations of the buildings and supervise Leasing Professionals and Service team.
• Assist in lease ups of units and maintain high occupancy.
• Prepare and submit reports such as Weekly Summary Report and delinquents.
• Process invoices from purchases and file.
• Collect and post rent and security deposits to proper accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of vacancies and Intent to Vacate notices.
• Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget; report on financial performance.
• Support sales efforts, including participating in client meetings and marketing reviews.
• Drive efforts to enhance resident satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
