Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow requirements and leasing strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain complete and accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and invoicing for residents.
• Lead on-site maintenance, office staff and leasing teams.
• Manage resident relations and lease issues.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
