In this full-time on-site role, you will lead leasing activity, manage rent collection and financial reporting, and supervise renewals while upholding Fair Housing and regulatory compliance. You’ll report to the Community Manager and contribute to a vibrant, customer‑centric community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with a focus on resident relations and property financials.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with on-your-feet activities and tours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by inspecting units, maintaining a model, and guiding tours.
• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in using creative marketing and events.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and occupancy tracking with compliant practices.
• Oversee rent collection, payments, and monthly financials while building resident relationships.
